1. Information we collect

TOTALPOS collects the account details, shop profile, branch information, staff records, customer and supplier entries, product data, sale and purchase records, payment notes, support messages, SMS activity, and technical logs needed to run the platform.

2. How we use information

We use this information to provide POS, inventory, invoice, baki ledger, subscription, support, reporting, backup, SMS, and security features. We may also use aggregated operational data to improve platform reliability and user experience.

3. Data ownership

Shop owners remain responsible for the business data they enter into TOTALPOS. We process that data only to deliver the service, maintain account access, resolve support requests, and meet legal or security requirements.

4. Sharing and integrations

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with trusted service providers only when required for hosting, payment verification, SMS delivery, support handling, analytics, or legal compliance.

5. Security

We use access control, role permissions, audit trails, backups, and operational safeguards to protect data. No online system is completely risk free, so users should keep passwords safe and assign staff permissions carefully.

6. Retention

We keep information while an account is active or as needed for support, billing, legal, audit, and backup purposes. Account owners may request data review, correction, or deletion subject to operational and legal limits.

7. Contact

For privacy questions, contact the TOTALPOS support team using the support email, phone, WhatsApp, or in-app support option shown on the platform.
